This website is operated by Rafaella.Clo. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site.

All items are original designs by Rafaella.Clo. Each product is described as accurately as possible. Please note that colors and materials may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.

3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in mexican pesos and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and International Orders
We process all orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.

  • International orders may take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please be patient and allow sufficient time for delivery.

5. Exchanges Only Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition. See our Shipping and Exchanges page for more details.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Rafaella.clo. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the website or products without written permission.

Procesamos todos los pedidos en un plazo de 1 a 2 días hábiles.

  • Los envíos nacionales suelen tardar entre 5 y 7 días hábiles.

  • Los envíos internacionales pueden tardar hasta 30 días en llegar, dependiendo del país de destino y el proceso de aduanas. Agradecemos tu paciencia y comprensión.

5. Política de Cambios Únicamente
No realizamos reembolsos monetarios. Aceptamos cambios dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega para artículos sin usar y en su estado original. Consulta nuestra página de Envíos y Cambios para más detalles.
