We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in the shortest time possible. All orders are processed within 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $160dls. For orders under $160dls, a flat shipping fee of $4dls will apply.

  • International Shipping: We also ship internationally. Shipping fees will vary based on the destination, and customs charges may apply.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Exchanges / Cambios

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we offer a straightforward exchange policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but you can exchange your item for a different size or for another item of the same value.

  • Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition for Exchange: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note, if the new item has a higher price, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a lower value, we do not issue refunds for the difference.
